STECKLEY (19:18)
(Fall of 2003)
When I was going to college and really miserable in South Carolina, me and one of my best friends Will tried to start a band. We ended up getting the tennis star of our school on drums. He is Canadian and prided himself on such things as being the “Tommy Lee of Tennis”. Rob is actually ridiculous at tennis and can be found on the internet playing with such stars as Roger Federer on youtube. Naturally, I ended up getting in a ridiculous altercation with him and he ended up assaulted me. Will lent me a hand on the vocals and we re-created the story using actual e-mails, angry notes he left on my dorm room door, and quotes from Rob. I have included his promo tennis video which he made a few years after all of this and some great pictures for laughs.
Written and Recorded by Naveed Mir in Bhumphuqueville, SC.
Performed by William Willis and Naveed Mir.

I have this thing with some of my favorite people where we all can play every Nirvana song ever written. If we ever need to fill out a bill we pull it out. This particular formation is me, Trever (from PILES), and John Smythe who had never met Trever til we were on stage together.
